Pricing FAQ

It keeps the feed for people who actually want to use it. Nothing is charged for 30 days, then it’s £9.99/mo. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing. Two clicks from Settings.
X (formerly Twitter) and Bluesky — #journorequest, #prrequest, #editorialrequest and the callouts that don’t use a hashtag at all. That’s where UK journalists post. We don’t currently ingest HARO-style email newsletters.
Most requests are UK consumer, lifestyle, health, money and business. If you’re deep-niche B2B or US-only, the feed may be thinner for you. That’s exactly what the 30 days are for: set your keywords, watch what lands, decide with real data.
When the trial ends, your card is charged £9.99/mo and your access carries on: the real-time feed, unlimited keywords, and instant email alerts. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing. Cancel anytime from Settings.
Yes. Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Two clicks. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no guilt trips.
If you’re not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@journorequest.app and we’ll refund the full amount. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.
